Howard University’s Simulation & Clinical Skills Training program is dedicated to enhancing the learning experience for health sciences students by providing hands on, experiential training in a controlled, simulated environment.
The center collaborates with programs to design and implement comprehensive education courses to develop and refine clinical communication and critical thinking skills through realistic simulation experiences. Learners engage with individual and interdisciplinary teams across simulation modalities to increase their confidence and reduce anxiety prior to real patient encounters. The center fosters a supportive learning experience that prepares future healthcare professionals for clinical excellence in patient care.
