Welcome to the Howard University Simulation & Clinical Skills Center. Our state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed by a multidisciplinary team to support health sciences professional education across the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Health. Building upon Howard University’s historic legacy, we are committed to providing innovative and diverse simulation-based educational programs that train compassionate global healthcare leaders of the future. 

Opened in August 2009, our Center offers experiential learning opportunities using standardized patient simulations and cutting-edge technologies. These programs serve all health sciences colleges, graduate medical and dental education programs, the School of Psychology, and the entire Howard University campus. The Simulation Center also enhances clinical and technical skills education at Howard University Hospital.
